This spiced rum flavor is similar to the blend of spices used in Captain Morgan and similar spiced rums. It contains some heat, which gives the flavor a nice bite. We recommend a starting use level in dark or gold rum of 0.10% to 0.20%. This flavor can also be used in beer, cider and wine. In beer start at 0.10% and adjust to taste. This flavor is TTB approved and does not require an artificial flavor label declaration if used in beer, cider, wine and spirits.
